Overview:Working independently and requiring the regular use of independent judgment, the primary focus of the HR Analyst role is the assessment, planning, implementation, evolution and support of al HR application and automated workflow processes. This role serves as technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert for all HR related systems, including ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for HR business processes that drive the day-to-day responsibilities.The HR analyst also collects, compiles, and analyzes HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to retention, recruitment, and compliance.
