POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, maintains all personnel files for active and terminated employees. Assists with various clerical tasks within the department, and answers incoming phone calls and employee and applicant questions, as needed.

Technical, clerical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
1. High School Graduate or GED Equivalent, required.
2. One-year-office, clerical experience required.
PREFERRED:
1. Bi or Multilingual.
2. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Human resources or business degree
3. Previous experience in human resources.
4. Previous experience in Healthcare
