Job Description
Randstad is hiring for a Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator for a client in Rhode Island. Candidates should have at least three years of Human Resources experience and have processed payroll. The Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator should also have experience recruiting and communicating with employees directly.
salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
- Spearhead recruiting initiatives.
- Process payroll on a weekly basis for approximately 150 employees.
- Meet with hiring managers to understand the needs of each role.
- Create job and post job descriptions online to attract potential candidates.
- Review resumes and interview potential candidates before presenting them to the hiring manager.
- Manage onboarding and process pre-employment paperwork.
- Act as the first contact for employee related questions.
- Update employee information in the HRIS system and assist with benefit administration during open enrollment.
