Prima Power is recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist. Candidates must have 3 years of Human Resources experience. The HR Generalist\'s responsibilities:
- Process Bi-Weekly Payroll . Payroll experience is a must.
- Calculate hours from various time keeping schedules
- Experience with Paychex or ADP platforms are a plus
- Manage the administration of the employee Benefit programs (Health, Dental, Life, 401k, etc)
- Assist with data gathering for special projects, ie budget process and reporting to Corporate parent company.
- Annual Open enrollment meetings and sign up
- Biweekly 401k funding
- Monthly benefits bill reconciliation
- Worker\xe2\x80\x99s Comp (Claim filing, follow up)
- Administer the annual Performance Review process
- Employee relations
- Annual EEOC filing
- Employee Wellness Program (Walking Challenge, Ergonomics Training)
- Employment Verifications
- New hire orientation
