:

Recently, we announced that our Newark, Delaware site will become the Innovation Hub for the Breast & Skeletal Health Division and will grow to become the division\'s largest employee site. Manufacturing Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Research & Development will all be based out of this location.

We are seeking to hire an HR Site Leader to join the Newark site leadership team and lead HR for this critical site. You will lead the change management strategy, be a key influence on growing and evolving the culture and help establish Hologic as the premier destination for talent in Newark, Delaware.

You will:

• Develop and execute a compelling HR and people strategy in support of the strategic plan - prioritizing activities that will deliver growth and high performance.
• Influence the strategic agenda by building relationships at key levels with client groups and more broadly within the organization.
• Develop personal and professional HR credibility through courage, integrity and initiative and with this, challenge business leaders to be the best that they can be.
• Proactively promote HR interventions that will add to the bottom line now and into the future.
• The HR community works in close partnership with all internal HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent & Performance, HR Ops - in the Newark site and corporate/global) to ensure a positive and exceptional employee experience.
• Partner closely with Corporate HR, TA, TR and T&P to ensure that the client group is well supported.

What We Expect:

• The ability to understand Hologic\'s talent and performance philosophy and that you are comfortable with strengths, engagement and the approach to leadership expectations and investment.
• You can analyze and diagnose talent/performance needs based on assessment reports, strengths profiles and other inputs.
• Numerate and able to design, commission meaningful metrics and reports. Capable of accurately interpreting data sets to derive insights.
• You operate with a positive, enterprise-level intent and are curious, collaborative, courageous and constructive. You don\'t limit interest and influence to direct scope, you are generous with time and insights for the benefit of the organization.
• You can quickly build and then maintain credible, productive relationships in and outside the HR team.
• Your experience spans over 10 years and you hold a Bachelor\'s degree and preferably a Masters degree.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $141,200 - $251,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
