THIS JOB IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Willing to work on-call rotation schedule.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with clients and our Service Team to successfully maintain and repair residential and commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems.
• Knowledgeable of refrigeration and HVAC control systems.
• Independent and enjoys working with little direction while maintaining excellent workmanship and communication.
• Coachable with the ability to learn and excel in our skill and training specialties.
• Honest and Reliable, displaying integrity and commitment to being a valuable part of our team.
• Client-service oriented with a positive attitude is a must.

REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES (not limited to):

3 Years Experience: Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years HVAC/refrigeration experience with EPA certification; however, we are open to training recently certified technicians.

• Demonstrate availability to promptly respond to emergency situations during or after hours, aiming to resolve immediate safety concerns or major HVAC/ Refrigeration issues.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service refrigeration equipment and systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, small self-contained equipment, and reach-ins.
• Coordinate with internal teams and provide pertinent information for parts ordering.
• Dependability.
• Capable of lifting heavy equipment, squatting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, and working in the outside Southwest Florida climate conditions.
• Utilizing our in-house electronic system to document and communicate all work-related activities.
• Adherence to all work safety policies and procedures.
• Work an on-call rotation schedule.
• Valid drivers license is required for this position.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The safety of our team is of utmost importance. This position requires a Driver\'s License Check, Background Check, and Drug Test.
