THIS JOB IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills; you will work with clients and our team to successfully install HVAC systems within our Construction division.

REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES (not limited to):

Leadership Skills: As a Lead Installer, you will take charge and guide a team in the installation of HVAC systems in our Construction division, ensuring efficient and accurate project completion.

HVAC & Construction Expertise: Your knowledge in construction-related tasks and HVAC installation is crucial to excel in this role.

5 Years Experience: To qualify for this position, applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation.

• Installing various makes and models of commercial and residential air conditioning systems.
• Skilled soldering of copper lines is required.
• Blueprint interpretation skills required.
• Must have your own tools.
• Capable of lifting heavy equipment, squatting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, and working in the outside Southwest Florida climate conditions.
• Utilizing our in-house electronic system to document and communicate all work-related activities.
• Adherence to all work safety policies and procedures.
• Valid drivers license is required for this position.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The safety of our team is of utmost importance. This position requires a Driver\'s License Check, Background Check, and Drug Test.
