Reputable General Contractor is hiring for a Mechanical Superintendent with HVAC/Plumbing experience. We are based in Kansas City, but if you are not local and wish to relocate we would like to review your resume (we assist in relocation).

What You Will Be Doing

-Monitor field labor productivity
-Coordinate project and material need to maintain piping and sheet metal field labor productivity
-Provide "hands-on" assistance at the job site for field crews to ensure maximum productivity
-Assist on-site field mechanics with the development of work sequence and material needs
-Oversee all equipment, specifically boilers, chillers, pumps, air handling devices, fans, and other critical equipment
-Assist in developing new Foreman/Mechanics through on-site and classroom training
-Assist in troubleshooting and service calls on installed systems when required
-Monitor subcontractor progress and performance
-Completely understand and enforce our safety policy. Weekly toolbox talks and site safety inspections should be implemented

What You Need for this Position

2+ years minimum experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing
1+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Commercial/Residential
- Ductwork
- Piping
- Heating
- Air Conditioning
