Job Description

Rollies is a Thai rolled ice cream and bubble tea cafe conveniently located in downtown Florence. We are looking for creative, enthusiastic team members passionate about quality, customer service and representing our company culture. Our Ice Cream Roller will master the art of Thai rolled ice cream and bubble tea to serve our clientele, as well as demonstrate what Thai rolled ice cream and bubble tea are to the customers.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Preparing bubble tea, coffee drinks and Thai rolled ice cream, to the customer's order Assisting customers with purchases, interacting with customers and greeting customers as they enter the store, all while having a positive and friendly attitude Entering orders accurately into POS device and completing orders in a timely fashion Serving customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in service line while ensuring upmost quality Standard back-bar kitchen duties such as cleaning equipment, sanitizing, mopping, taking out the trash, etc. All other duties as assigned
This position requires a flexible schedule with availability to work both weekends and weekdays. Hourly requirements will be a minimum of 10-20 hours/week, however, are subject to change seasonally.
