Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

The skills/experience you bring as a Imaging Receptionist/Scheduler

Required:

• Superior customer service skills, multitasking skills and computer/data entry skills

Preferred:

• Two years health care field experience, radiology preferred
• Experience with EPIC or other electronic medical record

The purpose of the Imaging Receptionist/Scheduler role

The Imaging Services Scheduler or Receptionist is the first line contact for patient. They receive calls and make calls to schedule imaging exams. The Receptionist greets patients, identifies, and guides patients toward preparations needed prior to exam appointment. The Scheduler/Receptionist needs to be able to expertly and efficiently triage a wide variety of questions and requests from patients, providers, other departments and locations as presented by phone or in person.
