JOB SUMMARY

The Implementation Manager will play a critical role in bringing Security Health Plan\xe2\x80\x99s products and services from design to market. This individual will serve as the leader for the successful implementation of key Health Plan initiatives and product execution. The Implementation Manager will develop and manage implementation strategies, understands internal and external requirements, develops and manage project plans to enable end-to-end implementation of products and initiatives in collaboration with business and technology teams. This individual will lead cross-functional implementation activities, execution, and alignment/synergies, and understands business and technical details of execution according to stringent deadlines. The Implementation Manager must be able to indirectly lead cross-functional teams and is responsible for fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and four years\xe2\x80\x99 progressive experience in the health insurance industry or related field.
• Associate degree and eight years\xe2\x80\x99 progressive experience in the health insurance industry or related field.

Preferred/Optional: Experience working within Security Health Plan and/or project management experience.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.

Minimum Required: State of Wisconsin driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with an acceptable driving record.
