This role entails thorough quality checks, product analysis for compliance with standards, and active involvement in quality improvement initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate across departments, maintaining the highest quality review of processes, setup and testing scenarios throughout a credit union conversion, implementation of add-on products after conversion, and contributing to process enhancements. A strong analytical mindset and effective communication are key to this position\'s success in driving quality assurance.

This is a full-time exempt, hybrid position based in either one of these three cities:

• Ft. Wayne, Indiana
• Waco, Texas
• Canfield, Ohio

Remote work can be available for the right candidate. The starting wage is $45,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $52,000.

As an Implementation Quality Analyst, you will:

• Conduct detailed quality checks and analysis of products to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Participate in Quality Meetings as well as Product Implementation Meetings to guide the conversion process and ensure its success.
• Work with a small team of dedicated Quality Analysts offshore of the United States
• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Oversee the development of in-process/final inspection checklists/documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis for defect reduction initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality training programs.
• Collaborate with the production team to drive quality improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on quality analysis and trends.
• Assist in the evaluation of data, identifying problems, trends, and consulting with upper management on abnormalities.
• Work closely with the Project Management office to drive projects to their completion; on-time and accurately.
• Work closely with the Project Lead on multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that data quality is maintained throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Collaborate with all departments across the Professional Services department.

You should have:

• Associate degree or higher in related discipline or a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a quality control/analysis role, preferably in a banking/credit union environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagle Eye for Accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with quality testing tools and procedures.
• Experience with the Progress operating system and language a big plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft office products.
• Detailed knowledge of the Sharetec software is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively and ensure the highest quality standards are applied to all setup and testing scenarios.
• Sales Force and Task Ray knowledge will be a HUGE advantage.
