- Pay range: $75,460 - $118,974.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, import brands required. (Hyundai preferred)
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems is required.
- Proper Phone Etiquette: Excellent communication skills and proper phone etiquette is essential.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong Desire to Succeed: Demonstrated passion and drive to succeed in the automotive sales industry.
- Commitment to Excellence: Strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is required.
