  • Responsible for purifying (pre-arrival) of every guest reservation.
  • Supervise the administration staff on a day to day basis to allow the assistant manager and manager to interact as necessary with the sales directors and managers.
  • Track, audit and report weekly tours and any other statistical information as necessary.
  • Respond to questions and concerns from guests. Recommends corrective services to adjust guest complaints.
  • Attend to meetings as required.
  • Prepare reports as requested.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises the In-House Administration Staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Must have good customer service skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior Westgate experience preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
