We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to analyze customer needs and deliver effective solutions will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a high level of phone etiquette. Document customer interactions in our database, ensuring all data entry is completed accurately and promptly. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. Perform outbound calling as needed to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support. Maintain a well-organized office environment to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Experience

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients. Proficiency in data entry and the ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone. Familiarity with client services processes and best practices in phone etiquette is a plus. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.49 - $20.01 per hour
