Industrial Cleaner
Starting Pay: $22/hr.
Day Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday- FridayAre you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference? Midland Garage Door is seeking motivated individuals who thrive on initiative and take pride in their work. As an Industrial Cleaner, you\'ll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment across our facility.Essential Duties: * Cleaning of offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, and the manufacturing floor.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Order cleaning supplies
• Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming all floors.
• Empty all trash daily.
• Clean and sanitize Break Room daily.
• Refill vending machines as needed.
• Order vending items as needed.
• Champion an overall culture of teamwork and cooperation between locations and departments.
• Demonstrate and uphold Midland Values: Service, Quality and Integrity.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Competencies Required:

• High attention to detail and reliability
• Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
• Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance preferred
• High School diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Equipment Used:

• Various cleaning agents and sanitizers
• Floor scrubber
