responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize logical sequencing for assembly lines.

• Create and standardize Work Instructions for effective mixed model manufacturing.

• Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse teams for layout improvement and cycle time reduction.

• Plan and execute changes to enhance layout and workstation movement efficiency.

• Support New Product transfer team with Line Layout, Takt time, and Operating System implementation.

• Actively participate and lead Kaizen workshops to implement solutions and involve the group.

• Apply problem analysis skills for relevant information collection and organization.

• Utilize industrial engineering techniques for capacity analysis and identification of constraints.

• Proficient in diagnostic tools such as VSM, material flow analysis, and capacity analysis.

• Master lean concepts and tools (Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management, 6S, TPM).

• Perform time and motion studies and work content analysis.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation.

• Use AutoCAD for proposing layout improvement ideas.

• project management skills for successful manufacturing project completion.

• Leverage automotive industry knowledge and experience for assembly line development.

• Adaptability to work on different sites within the Illinois market.

• Exhibit outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Apply learning ability to stay updated on current information and ideas.
