Currently hiring for Lead, Asbestos, and Mold Inspectors and Supervisors as well as Industrial Hygienists across NYC!

:

• Assist in overseeing a team of inspectors and delegating tasks
• Performing site inspections
• Collecting bulk samples and creating reports according to applicable State and Federal protocols
• IAQ (Indoor Air Quality)
• Conducting job site health & safety inspections
• Performing air monitoring
• Assist with coordinating site meetings and scheduling field operations
• Work with Management and interface with Clients
• Oversee construction projects to monitor progress and ensure conformance with approved work plans, engineering plans, specifications and construction and safety standards.
• Analyze reports, maps, drawings, and environmental data

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Environmental Science in New York City
• Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science or a Related Field
• Experience with Environmental Inspection, Remediation Monitoring, and Hazardous Materials
• Experience working with Lead, Asbestos, and/or Mold and abatement
• Certification: Lead or Mold Certification

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• OSHA 40
• Hazmat Certification
• Hazwoper Certification
• EPA Certifications
• Radon Certification is a plus!
• Asbestos Certification is a plus!
