Our client, a multinational technology company is seeking a CONTRACT Production Planner to join their team. As a production planner, you will be part of the Logistics Team supporting the planning of parts and services for customer orders. The ideal candidate will have logistical expertise, scheduling and project management which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Planner Specialist

Location: York, PA

Pay Range: $25 Hour

What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?

This is a temporary/contract position

• Manages assigned projects - Production Scheduling
• Sets up and Supports part numbers/items cards/bill of material maintenance
• Material and Resource Planning
• Creating manufacturing orders
• Releasing orders for shipment and invoicing

What\xe2\x80\x99s Needed?

• Associate\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in a technical or business discipline and/or 3-5 years in a company that manufactures or services machinery preferred
• IT literate, high level of accuracy. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and MRP/ERP systems ( Microsoft Navision a plus )
• Logistical experience (domestic and/or import/export) preferred.

Training in lean methodology is a plus
