Group/Division
The electron-beam (EBEAM) Division provides market-leading patterned wafer EBEAM inspection systems for leading-edge IC manufacturing. Logic, foundry, and memory customers depend on EBEAM products to detect yield-critical defects for process debug and excursion monitoring at advanced process nodes. EBEAM flagship products include the eSL10 inspection system which utilizes electron-beam technology to capture a wide range of defects with ultimate sensitivity and the eDR7380 defect review system to provide high resolution review images needed for defect review and classification.
Qualifications/Education Desired Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years validated flavor agnostic Linux system administration experience.
- Cross domain HPC architecture design experience
- Python and Bash Scripting experience for task automation.
- Experience with configuration management tools.
- Experience with deep learning infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers and container management tools.
- Experience of crafting and maintaining robust storage
- BSEE (MSEE/PHD is highly preferred)
- Great teammate with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- strong technical project management skills
Nice to Have
- Windows OS system administration desired
- Prometheus experience a bonus
- Familiarity with virtual machines such as vmWare, Xen, KVM, QEMU, Vagrant
- Familiarity with job management systems (eg. Slurm)

responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of high-performance compute clusters
- Solid knowledge on the HPC cluster systems, including high-bandwidth inter-connect fabrics, scalable/robust high bandwidth storage, CPU / GPU architecture, and a knowledge of cloud-based computing architectures
- Apply their strong skills with the Linux OS to configure a suitable operating system for the design
- Understand and gather the project specifications and performance requirements at the subsystem and system levels. Adhere to and drive project timelines to ensure program achievements complete on time.
- Support release of new products to manufacturing and the customer providing quality procedures, scripts and documentation to the manufacturing team and customer support team.
