Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Information Input Clerk to join our team. The Information Input Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering a variety of data into our computer systems. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity and supporting the smooth operation of various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input data from various sources (e.g., forms, documents, spreadsheets) into designated computer systems. Verify data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed. Organize and maintain electronic and physical records. Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and processing. Assist with routine administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy goals. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven data entry experience, including typing skills with accuracy and speed (minimum typing speed of Number words per minute preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
