Information Technology Clerk

Full Time, Temporary (December 8, 2023 - January 8, 2024)

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Information Technology Clerk who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Information Technology Clerk is responsible for assisting with the success of the operation of the Information Technology Department, handling guests requests, assist with service now tickets and complaints while ensuring guest satisfaction. This position is a temporary winter position to assist over the festive season\'s high volume requests.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for assisting with the operations of the Information Technology Department.

-Assist with guest complaints and any resort information technology issues.

-Work as support to the Director of Information Technology, Assistant Director and Information Technology Specialist

-Answer help desk tickets in a timely and confidential manner.

-Assist with the completion of daily IT checklist/tasks.

-Ensure hotel is following PCI guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

-Position will require a flexible schedule from December 8, 2023 - January 8, 2024. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.

- High attention to detail and strong commitment to customer service.

- Strong analytical mind, technical background, MCSE or strong networking skills.

- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of Four Seasons IT core standards and key controls preferred.

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
