Your Role:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to children with autism and developmental disorders in their homes.
Collect, record, and analyze client progress data, reporting it under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
Coordinate with other program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, offering feedback and relaying important messages between families and the BCBA.
Work with a collaborative team or independently, depending on the needs of the program.
What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Previous experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or working with children with special needs is a plus, but not required.
RBT certification is preferred (or completion of a 40-hour ABA course).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
A willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance (we do not transport clients).
