INMATE CUSTODIAL SUPERVISORMONTANA STATE PRISONDEER LODGE, MTMISSION - Montana Department of Corrections is creating a safer Montana through Accountability, Rehabilitation and Empowerment.If you want to work making positive changes in the community the Montana Department of Corrections is the place for you!JOB OVERVIEW \xe2\x80\x93 Directly coordinate and oversee custodial activities of inmates. Enforce security, safety, and sanitation regulations, Direct and coordinate the activities of inmates engaged in the production or processing of goods. Confer with others to coordinate operations and activities within or between areas and units. Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Inspect and observe materials, products, work gauges, dials, or equipment to detect problems and ensure conformity to production or processing standards. Compile and maintains daily records, production reports, delivery receipts, finished product inventory, supply inventory, and other regulatory records. Provide customers service as necessary to ensure that all customer concerns are met and addresses issues. Conduct training regarding equipment operations, work procedures, safety, and security requirements. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, facility policies and procedures for inmates. Perform personnel functions, such as hiring, firing, performance management, discipline, monitoring hours worked and attendance for inmates.Key Responsibilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience directing the work of others.
