Perficient is currently looking for an Innovation Engineer to join our Digital Strategy team\'s AI Innovation Lab and collaborate with passionate technologists in a startup-like environment.
This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

The Innovation Engineer in this role will be at the forefront of exploring and applying AI and machine learning technologies to build innovative solutions for our clients. You will partner with our elite technologists and working together in a dynamic environment and contribute to the continuous advancement of our AI Innovation Lab.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI and machine learning technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Design, develop and deploy Proof of Concept AI applications and demos to showcase innovative ideas.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other developers and engineers interested in contributing to the AI Innovation Lab.
• Keep up to date with advancements in AI and how they can be applied to solve business and customer problems.
• Contribute ideas on how AI can be used to build innovative products and solutions.
• Share insights and key learnings with stakeholders and leadership on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as an AI/Machine Learning Engineer or Software Engineer
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
• Proficiency in Python, and possibly other languages like Java, C++, etc.
• Experience with computer vision, NLP, deep learning and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Growth mindset and willingness to keep learning and improving your skill
