Responsibilities:


Report to the office on a daily basis Facilitate lead generation through events, Hatch, and inbound leads via customer calls and walk-ins Conduct all rehash calls including Did Not Sell (DNS), cancellations and no shows Direct all new quotes to the General Sales Manager to be distributed between the Sales Team Maintain a clear and updated Hatch board for Atlanta, Central, and Huntsville Respond to all store and customer emails within a 24-hour period Perform outbound calls as requested by the Assistant Director of Customer Experience Ensure that all stores have an acceptable cancellation rate Responsible to be present at all home shows and festivals for Atlanta, Central, and Huntsville Perform Window World sales demonstration Identify, discuss, and provide resolution for customer concerns Provide customer support and follow up throughout the customer project Work with customer service specialist to uphold the highest customer service standards Keep a clean and tidy show room for all potential guests Assist all customers that enter the store with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
