Develop and execute progressive and effective recruiting initiatives.
Build a network through industry contacts, advertising, and current employees to develop and maintain a qualified pool of potential candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and other candidate sourcing databases.
Communicate with hiring managers about their hiring needs and work with them throughout the recruiting and hiring process to ensure those needs are being met.
Conduct regular follow-ups with Corporate TA Manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
What you bring:
1-3 years of recruiting experience in sales, inside sales, sales management or customer service
Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
Fast-paced and assertive
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with the following recruitment platforms: iCIMS ATS; Indeed and ZipRecruiter
A 4-year college degree is preferred, or a combination of relevant education plus experience
