We are a family-oriented Midwest based company in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. As a result of our tremendous growth, we have a need for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will provide product and service information along with resolving technical issues for Professional Pump customers.

What You Get To Do

\xc2\xb7 Communicates to internal staff on pertinent details of sales and marketing transactions.

\xc2\xb7 Supports sales staff with obtaining business.

\xc2\xb7 Assists customers and internal staff with alternative equipment, parts, or service options.

\xc2\xb7 Answers customers\' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.

\xc2\xb7 Contacts current and prospective customers to explain features and solicit orders.

\xc2\xb7 Estimates prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates.

\xc2\xb7 Consults with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

\xc2\xb7 Arranges and directs delivery and installation of products and equipment.

\xc2\xb7 Monitors market conditions, product innovations and competitors\' products, prices and sales.

\xc2\xb7 Negotiates details of contracts and payments with assistance and prepares sales contracts and purchase orders.

\xc2\xb7 Includes pertinent peripheral quotes on equipment, parts, instrumentation, and services.

\xc2\xb7 Provides technical information to select equipment, parts and/or services that will better satisfy the customer\'s needs.

\xc2\xb7 Controls incoming orders and repeated part numbers.

What We Need From You

\xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent; Associate\'s degree in a related field preferred.

\xc2\xb7 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to interact professionally over the phone with a focus on customer service and increasing sales.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Works well under pressure.

\xc2\xb7 Strong customer service and time management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
