Inspections Coordinator

Job Description


The Inspections Coordinator is responsible for scheduling service appointments and inspections, resolving customer issues, dispatching, billing review, and contract paperwork. May support other field operations office functions as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Scheduling inspections based on availability of the town and our inspection team.
  • Gathering inspection results by following up via phone and email to the towns\xe2\x80\x99 inspections departments.
  • Sending clerical documents to the town administrative offices.
  • Preparing work packets for field technicians.
  • Flexing to the homeowners\xe2\x80\x99 availability to ensure customer satisfaction and the best outcome for all involved.
  • Perform other administrative duties as determined by supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
  • Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email, and at times text messaging.
  • Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.
  • Experience working with basic technology; including computers and smartphone devices.
