- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Meet sales goals and targets set by management Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Knowledge of the Wireless industry is a plus Please note that this position is in a retail environment. However, any experience in the food industry or food service is highly valued.
