What You'll Be Doing:

Perform preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to ensure equipment meets budgeted maintenance targets. Maintain and operate equipment according to required standards. Collaborate closely with the I&E Supervisor to ensure team safety and environmental compliance. Provide regular feedback on any emerging issues. Conduct preventative maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems. Support production facilities by delivering reliable maintenance expertise to minimize downtime and loss of production. Troubleshoot, repair, and periodically calibrate instruments on a variety of equipment, including analyzers, PLCs, process control equipment, communication networks, and field monitoring equipment. Install, program, and calibrate new equipment, rebuild as needed, and assess new technologies for efficiency. Document and maintain records of maintenance projects. Foster a safe, efficient, and continuously improving work culture.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in process control instrumentation and electrical/industrial electronics Journeyman Electrician preferred. Intermediate proficiency in math and reading wire diagrams and schematics Knowledgeable in measurement test equipment Proven technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical, instrumentation, and communication systems Experience in control valve maintenance and repair Certified training in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical valve actuators is a plus Familiar with predictive maintenance activities and capable of developing thorough work procedures Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills A quick learner, adaptable to new technologies Structured approach to problem-solving with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Effective both independently and as part of a team Highly motivated with a professional demeanor Client-focused, results-driven, and takes ownership of problems to see them through to completion High attention to detail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
