Job Summary:

With this position, you have the opportunity to work as a member of a team of motivated professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives and retirement incomes. With this opportunity, although not necessary, you will have the opportunity to become a Licensed Insurance Service professional, in support of our Licensed Sales Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Daily billing communication, calls and emails

- Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction

- Referring quote requests to licensed agents, setting appointments

- Assisting Financial Specialist with appointment setting, and follow up tasks

Experience:

- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

- Confident, self-starter who works well independently

- Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience

- Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs

- Strong computer and typing skills

- Ability to multi-task

- Organized
