Integrated Marketing Manager (Good Apparel)
The Integrated Marketing Manager will support and assist the Group Marketing Leader (Senior Manager Integrated Marketing) by driving JCPenney growth and awareness through integrated marketing campaigns for one of five pods (Beauty, Good Apparel, Latinx, and Signature and Diff). In this role, you\'ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns, building brand campaign plans and defining tactics for owned and partner brands. You will lead the execution of integrated communication plans for a collection of brands and products in the group. These plans will balance short term revenue goals with long term brand value and other corporate goals. Interpret and leverage all market data associated with your brands and group, consumer research and category trends (retail/fashion/product/service/consumer) to define the branded integrated content direction for optimized marketing ROI.
