Currently, we are seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team in Herndon, VA to provide support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The selected candidate will be capable of leading and executing tasks associated with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) planning, development, execution and analysis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate, organize, and direct work related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Apply principles of project management developing large, complex schedules
Perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances
Build and maintain a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and sub-tasks supporting the milestones
Monitor schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances
Utilize Gantt, milestone charts, timelines and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
Act as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling
Understand and have experience with enterprise-level scheduling software
Propose and implement processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling
Position Requirements:
Requires Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in the fields of mathematics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science and 4 or more years relevant experience; Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Must possess excellent analytical skills
Experience with modern Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
Desired (Any of the following):
SAFe Agile experience
PMP, CSM Certifications
Security Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
Physical Requirements:
Remain in a stationary position 50%, capable of operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, and frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers
