HOW AN INTELLIGENCE PUBLICATION EDITOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Produce high quality, finished intelligence products to key stakeholders

Review, edit and publish products in a team environment

Verify accuracy and ensure formatting guides, timelines and product quality and met and maintained

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

Required Experience: 5+ yrs

Required Technical Skills:

Have at least six years\' experience reviewing DA finished intelligence products as an author, editor, or manager.

Have strong knowledge of and experience with using Microsoft Word, including Track Changes, formatting, and layout functions.

Have previous experience using PDF files.

Have knowledge of publishing principles and publication design, including best practices for electronic and print layouts for publications.

Have previous experience editing others\' written work for grammar, style, and technical accuracy.

Have previous experience with reviewing and editing sourcing for finished intelligence.

Have knowledge of production methodology for publishing products in electronic format, including file organization, version control, and documenting next steps and instructions. Have demonstrated the ability to successfully manage concurrent projects to completion and to adjust priorities as mission needs change.

Have demonstrated the ability to learn and apply new skills independently.

Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Have a security clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph.
