Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces for our clients. You will work closely with art director and our clients to understand clients\' needs and preferences, and then develop design concepts that meet their requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your design skills and make a significant impact on the aesthetics of various spaces. Duties:
- Coordinate with appointments, site visits, client meetings, handle emails, phone calls with clients and suppliers - Organize material samples and design files - Assist with design concepts and mood board
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using software such as Rhinoceros 3D, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Assist with selection of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment for each project
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design plans
- Oversee the installation and implementation of design elements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Bluebeam, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in remodeling projects is a plus
