• Reading, understanding and interpreting Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, schematics, work instructions and specifications to complete assignments without (or limited) supervision.
• Selection and preparation of materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Obtaining and/or preparing all necessary parts & materials, then performing assigned assembly of appropriate parts.
• Operating cranes and hoist as needed.
• Performing repairs, either inside or outside tank.
• Training, assisting, and mentoring new team members in assembly.
• Maintaining quality and production records.
• Performing any related tasks as deemed necessary by supervision.

• Ability to work evening or night shift;
• Able to work limited over-time, including Saturdays and/or Sundays, if necessary;
• Ability to read, understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings;
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and computations;
• Adhere to assigned schedule;
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic English communications;
• Resides or intends to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri;
• Has current work authorization for employment within the United States;
• Internal candidates: bid process per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA);
• External candidates: must complete: Job interview, pre-employment drug screen and background check;
• Safety Sensitive position: Drug panel includes THC;

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous manufacturing experience;
