Base Annual Compensation Range: $115,000-$153,000\xc3\x82
General Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all end-user and distributor relationships.
Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads a sales team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to account penetration.
Drives the sale of new Customer-Back Innovation products and manages the NPI process.
Leads and develops the sales, customer service, and marketing staff..
Provides monthly forecast for the current month financial outlook as well as future months.
Provides monthly reports on customers, competitors, products, and overall market conditions versus the established sales plan.
Responsible for proposals, account or market plans, and forecast/report sales activity.
Develops and implements a comprehensive global sales plan that includes new and existing account sales strategies (mostly outside the U.S.) as well as assist on the Annual Planning and Long-Range Planning forecasts.
Leads a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships.
Develops and implements the global marketing and product promotional strategy.
Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves possible account ownership issues.
Establishes price lists and pricing strategy while conscious of margin goals, operational efficiencies, and production capacity limitations.
Leads the commercialization of new products and/or services to customers.
Responsible for adhering to all company, department, quality, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s degree in relevant field, MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 experience with strategic planning and implementation for sales, marketing, or business development; preferably within the semiconductor materials or equipment industry
Good business acumen and familiarity with financial/ERP/sales planning systems and tools
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Excellent and proven customer relationship skills
Leadership and team building skills
Keen working knowledge of international markets, specifically in Asia and Europe
Mandarin or Korean language fluency a plus
Work Conditions:
Domestic and international travel required 30%-60% of the time.
Chemical processing areas, cleanrooms, laboratories, customer manufacturing facilities, and standard business environment.
