Job Overview




We are looking for an Inventory Assistant to the Inventory Director to provide support and assist with the running of the business operations. The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, must possess strong written and verbal communication, be able to demonstrate high-level administrative and organizational skills, and have proven success maintaining balance among multiple and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities and Duties




Provide support to the Inventory Director, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive and/or critical information in a fast-paced environment. Accurately measure, weigh, and record incoming products per company guidelines Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant system for the storage, receipt, and processing of inventory at the store Assist the Inventory Director in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy. Organize, Label, and Stock product appropriately on the sales floor- communicating with the budtending staff all product locations. Ability to be flexible and adjust easily from day to day as objectives change. Organize and pay invoices as directed by Inventory Director Accurately enter and input product information in to the point of sale system *Accurately record weights and input information into company logs for reconciliation. Record any discrepancies with METRC as required and report findings to the Inventory Director

Requirements of Position




Excellent Organizational abilities. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while taking the initiative to anticipate the needs of the Senior Inventory Manger *Ability to navigate internal resources and organizational structure to research and resolve inventory issues/problems tactfully and promptly.

Qualifications / Certifications:




Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must have working knowledge of METRC systems and functions including package administration and adjustments Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing complex tasks. Must have a positive attitude and work well with others in a team environment. Maintain effective time management and multitasking skills. Ability to take ownership, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Must comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.00 - $21.00/hour.
