As we continue growing, we will continue offering the best and most-affordable vacation options out there!The Inventory Control Clerk will be an integral part of the Purchasing and Logistics team and will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting the customer service level. This role will ensure inventory accuracy as well as monitor and audit inventory locators so that they are up to date at all times. This position will develop inventory reports for order accuracy and SOP\'s that will help drive 99.8% order accuracy.Responsibilites:

  • Complete physical inventory item/SKU and location counts (performed in compliance with the Corporate Policy) as outlined in cycle count SOP.
  • Perform regular cycle counts based on IBI (inventory by item) and IBL (inventory by location) method at central distribution facility and report results to management.
  • Support operational partners to ensure adherence to all policies and business procedures related to inventory, transactions, usage, or other related areas.
  • Create Inventory Requisitions on timely basis using replenishment report.
  • On time inventory reconciliation to improve inventory accuracy per SOP
  • Assist order pickers on approved picking methods and procedures to improve inventory accuracy and ensure order accuracy.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal customers.
  • Perform inventory counts at resort satellite facilities and report inventory accuracy.
  • Analyze data and locate items in warehouse based on item/SKU velocity.
  • Update inventory locators and maintain accuracy.
  • Analysis and development of new production SOP\'s supporting Operations and Inventory Analyst with the goal of improving both the productivity and accuracy of warehouse picking and shipping functions.
  • Measure order accuracy and develop SOPs to maintain order accuracy at 99.8%
  • Support management in implementation of Min-Max, EOQ, ROP at central warehouse and resort satellite facilities.
  • Assist in development of KPI\'s (key performance indicators) for inventory and customer service levels. This position will also be key in the development of KPI reporting and continuous process improvements related to inventory/warehouse.
  • Collaborate with management team on any process improvements that can be initiated utilizing internal reporting along with performing said process.

Education/Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Inventory experience in a timeshare or hospitality service industry preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume distribution center including inbound, inventory maintenance, outbound, and store (resort) delivery.
  • Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Technical Skill
  • Enterprise Resource Planning ERP Software; Oracle, SAP
  • Office Suite software; Microsoft Office with strong command on Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Power B.I.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Certification of warehouse equipment to include sit-down counterbalance forklift and stand-up reach truck.
