PRx Performance is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of a broad range of fitness equipment with a strong reputation of quality and customer service. We are seeking an Inventory Lead to ensure accurate counts and locations of products in our warehouse. This position is based at our office in Fargo, North Dakota.Position Summary:In this role, you will be working daily in our ERP system reviewing inventory transactions, managing documentation records, and researching and reconciling any inventory issues including count discrepancies and workflow processes.Duties and Responsibilities: Main duties include properly managing documentation records related to inventory transactions within ERP system Researching and reconciling inventory issues including count discrepancies Proactive approach to resolving inventory process issues Organizing and preparing for periodic cycle counts Coordinate with Shipping Lead on scheduling cycle counts Lead cycle counts with help from warehouse team Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Must help us fulfill our commitment to delivering the best customer service without sacrificing quality of finished product Self-starter who is not only conscientious about getting their work done, but also aware of other tasks that may need attention Enjoys a high-energy work environment and being a team player Other duties as assignedExperience, Skills, and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3 years Warehouse or Inventory experience Previous ERP system knowledge and ability to learn our current software in extreme detail (NetSuite) High level of organization and attention to detail Dependable and able to see tasks through to completion Forklift certified or willing to earn certification Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs Passion for fitness a plusWage dependent on experience.PRx Performance, LLC partnered with PRO Resources are Equal Opportunity Employers.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fargo, ND 58102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
