We are seeking an Inventory Lead to ensure accurate counts and locations of products in our warehouse. This position is based at our office in Fargo, North Dakota.Position Summary: In this role, you will be working daily in our ERP system reviewing inventory transactions, managing documentation records, and researching and reconciling any inventory issues including count discrepancies and workflow processes. Duties and Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Main duties include properly managing documentation records related to inventory transactions within ERP system \xe2\x97\x8f Researching and reconciling inventory issues including count discrepancies \xe2\x97\x8f Proactive approach to resolving inventory process issues \xe2\x97\x8f Organizing and preparing for periodic cycle counts \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with Shipping Lead on scheduling cycle counts \xe2\x97\x8f Lead cycle counts with help from warehouse team \xe2\x97\x8f Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations \xe2\x97\x8f Must help us fulfill our commitment to delivering the best customer service without sacrificing quality of finished product \xe2\x97\x8f Self-starter who is not only conscientious about getting their work done, but also aware of other tasks that may need attention \xe2\x97\x8f Enjoys a high-energy work environment and being a team player \xe2\x97\x8f Other duties as assigned Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f High school diploma or equivalent \xe2\x97\x8f 3 years Warehouse or Inventory experience \xe2\x97\x8f Previous ERP system knowledge and ability to learn our current software in extreme detail (NetSuite) \xe2\x97\x8f High level of organization and attention to detail \xe2\x97\x8f Dependable and able to see tasks through to completion \xe2\x97\x8f Forklift certified or willing to earn certification \xe2\x97\x8f Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs \xe2\x97\x8f Passion for fitness a plus Wage dependent on experience. Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fargo, ND 58102: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse: 3 years (Preferred)
