Summary

The Inventory Lead reports directly to the Inventory Manager and is responsible for supporting inventory controls on a day-to-day basis, as well as the weekly and monthly inventory counts and waste disposal requirements, and comprehensive annual inventory in conjunction with the executive management team. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with the FP&A for weekly dispensary order fulfillment needs and executing fulfillment of these orders with the Production Department; \xe2\x97\x8b Generating shipping manifests for dispensary orders

\xc2\xb7 Audit and maintain inventory controls to track and account for all facilities\xe2\x80\x99 inventory;

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining documents with each day\xe2\x80\x99s beginning balance, acquisitions, sales, disposal and ending inventory; and

\xc2\xb7 Reviewing recorded daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory

\xc2\xb7 Audit and maintain procedures and notification policies for proper disposal;

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the Inventory Manager for receipt of daily order fulfillment and execute product labeling;

\xc2\xb7 Maintain records, including operating procedures, inventory records, audit records, storage records, delivery records, and transfer records;

\xc2\xb7 Maintain documents with each day\xe2\x80\x99s beginning balance, acquisitions, sales, disposal and ending inventory; and

\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper storage, labeling, tracking and reporting of inventory.

Qualifications and Education

\xc2\xb7 Must be 21 years old

\xc2\xb7 College degree in Business or Accounting, preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Must possess a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation,

\xc2\xb7 Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services, preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Basic math skills

Physical and Environmental Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts;

\xc2\xb7 Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays;

\xc2\xb7 Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds;

\xc2\xb7 Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday;

\xc2\xb7 Ability to stand for extended periods of time;

\xc2\xb7 Ability to use a ladder (up to 12 ft. extension) and general hardware tools needed for common repairs;

\xc2\xb7 Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:

o General office environment;

o Extended computer usage;

o Extended phone usage including teleconferences, and

o Work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.
