Responsibilities of the Investigative Analyst:

• Perform impartial fact-based pre-employment investigations.
• Review municipal government agency applications and identify important information.
• Conduct heavy investigative research on the internet and through various phone contacts.
• Manage and deliver timely reports.
• Experience conducting in-person or remote candidate interviews
• Conduct neighbor and relationship interviews pertaining to the candidate\'s investigation.
• Identify missing information and discrepancies to develop a strategy for obtaining clear and concise information.
• Conduct criminal checks, civil lawsuit checks through our public records access.
• Prepares lists to organize the flow of background checks.
• Edit reports for grammar and content to ensure high quality in the end product.
• Maintain consistent communication with every part of the team.

Qualifications
Requirements of the Investigative Analyst:

• Investigative Analyst Qualifications College Degree required (Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, Journalism, Political Science)
• 5+ years of experience in the industry environment.
• Leadership skills and or qualities.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Experience conducting investigatory interviews In-Person or Remote.
• Work weekend hours when needed to meet deadlines.
• Investigative reports must consistently stay at 95% or higher for quality.
• Maintain great communication and professionalism at every level.
• Great time management skills.
• Self-initiative and proactive communication.
• A clear understanding of managing a caseload.
• Can work independently and remotely.
• Strong organizational and communication of written/verbal skills.
• High trust factor with confidential information.
• Experience navigating through criminal databases.
• Can control an investigation from start to finish.
• Open to learning new processes.
• Display tech-savvy skills to new technologies.
• Excellent stress management skills.
• Positive attitude and engagement in the industry.
• Must be technologically knowledgeable of using Google Docs, Excel and learning new software for the purpose of investigations.
• Social Media Investigatory skills.
• Quick learner.
• Must be able to Pass Security Clearance to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or already have one.
• Must be willing to take a drug test
• Preference to interviewing expereince
