This is a temporary position working with the Events Team but will be focusing on the finance department. As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, sending, and tracking invoices for clients and vendors. Your work will consist of data entry, expenses, and putting invoices into a budget system. You will also need to ensure that invoices are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.

- Processing multiple invoices a day with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Researching and tracking invoices and correctly inputting information into the system.
- Handling any inquiries or disputes related to invoices and payments.
- You have experience with Retail Link software.
- You have experience using MS Excel and spreadsheets.
- You have flexible availability.
- You have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- You are team-oriented and self-motivated.
