A few details about the role:

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and the communities
• Serve as the community advocate for technology needs in the department
• Coordinate with key vendors and IT engineering to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and push for resolution.
• Assist in a timely root cause analysis process for outages including follow-up communication to affected team members and/or residents.
• Coordinate/schedule support vendor site visits when they perform critical services and manage vendor relationships for essential technology in the communities.
• Build a growing understanding of the technical infrastructure at all communities (not just the ones they support) including core applications, network connectivity, Wi-Fi capabilities and team member service issues.
• Assist with local project efforts associated with community technical improvement as well as be a contributor in executing project deliverables for enterprise-wide IT initiatives.

And here\'s what you need to apply:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred, or commensurate experience in lieu of degree
• Three to five years\' experience in a similar role
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., mid-level Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar)
