Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an IT Asset Manager to join a federal program at Ft. Shafter Hawaii. The IT Asset Manager will meet with clients to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals, and progress.

Responsibilities of the IT Asset Manager include:

\xe2\x97\x8f Manages client assets according to preferences and goals via database management.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage warehouse facility and incoming/outgoing equipment.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manages equipment/material tracker for projects across the entire Asia Pacific region.

\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee long lead time status reports.

\xe2\x97\x8f Develops, organizes, and maintains client portfolios.

\xe2\x97\x8f Perform inventories of IT assets while recording physical locations.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage DD-1149s and Red-line Inventory Reports.

\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare monthly analytical reports that allow leadership to best understand the state of the portfolio.

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead maturity assessment of the hardware asset management program, develop and execute continuous improvement plans.

\xe2\x97\x8f Research industry best practices and compare against the organization\'s practices and establish benchmarks for managing IT assets.

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist Procurement Manager in developing and managing hardware sourcing strategies for the organization.

Qualifications for the IT Asset Manager include:

\xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years of experience.

\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with Army and DoD contracts.

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with Citrix VDI implementations.

Compensation for the IT Asset Manager includes:

\xc2\xb7 Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000 **depending on experience**
