WHAT YOULL DO:

In this role, you will provide information and consultation to company members and the I.T. team about how all Pape Group dealer business system processes work. This will include delivering training and serving as the liaison between I.T. and key management.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have the ability to understand the processes and workflows in the business, including the cause and effects of all major transactions. This includes being able to gain an in-depth knowledge of the connections to third-party systems, both manufacturer systems and software products employed by The Pape Group.

As I.T. Business Analyst, you will also create and publish readable, easy-to-use documents and flow charts of system processes and their relationships to software applications. This includes updating the documents on an ongoing basis to reflect changes and revisions to applications and processes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for QC testing to determine if a process works and/or how it can be improved. The primary function of QC testing is to not only to break the software but to provide input for improvement in the process before general distribution. Any and all bugs found will be reported and fixed before general distribution

Remote and/or hybrid work opportunities are negotiable for this position, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, or Texas.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Experience in Business Analyst function in coordination with IT department.
  • Previous work in logistics, inventory management, or a like industry.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and technology.
  • Experience undertaking UAT testing.
  • Experience developing solutions and presenting to the business.
  • Ability to use query software to produce ad hoc data sets and reports.
  • Detailed working knowledge of equipment dealership functions and/or the skills to acquire the working knowledge quickly.
  • Knowledge of basic business functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and basic accounting terminology.
Compensation: $70,000-120,000/yr (Depending on Experience)
