job summary:
Our West Michigan Client has a new opportunity for an IT Manager to join their team. This technical role is both hands on and management. Ideal candidates will have experience with SSO, MFA, ZTNA, PAM, AD, IGA, IAM, HSM, e-Discovery, DLP, and License & Certificate Management. This is a hybrid role that is onsite Mon, Tues, and Wed.

responsibilities:

  • As a an IT Manager, you own the complete lifecycle of products or services; from product vision to working closely with other teams to deliver winning solutions through break/fixes.
  • Hands-on with the products and manages a scrum team including technical Product Owners and engineers within an agile train.
  • Responsible for talent development, including hiring and active coaching to support team member\'s technical and functional skills and career growth.
  • Develops resourcing strategies, allocating budget, staff (on-site, offshore & vendor), tools and specialized support necessary for cost-effective and successful implementation.
  • Develops and maintains a technology roadmap and capability mindset that supports business objectives.
  • Ensure delivery of business value including strategy for support
  • Manages relationships with business partners, consultants, other IT areas, and external vendors.
  • Facilitates the removal of agile train blockers and impediments.
  • Work closely with IT Security team to advance critical initiatives and capabilities including but not limited to SSO, MFA, ZTNA, PAM, AD, IGA, IAM, HSM, e-Discovery, DLP, and License & Certificate Management
  • Monitors and reports to IT and user/customer management on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts.

qualifications:
  • Experience level: Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors (required)
skills: * Manager (5 years of experience is preferred)
  • SINGLE SIGN ON (2 years of experience is required)
  • IAM (1 year of experience is preferred)
  • Azure AD (2 years of experience is required)
