Job Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to work independently to proactively manage, maintain and support the network infrastructure and assigned personnel.
- Ability to use the available resources wisely and establish efficient network systems.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills for explaining technical issues to management and end users.
- Must maintain confidentiality relating to all company information.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance when required by the contract.
- Expertise in identifying problems in existing network infrastructure and suggesting possible upgrades.
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of IT Management experience
- Four (4) years of experience working with network architecture and client server technology.
- DoD IAM Level 1 certification required or earned within 6 months.
